Not sure of the number but got it on amazon , cheapest price I found . Yes the refurbished come up rarely . I put it an a notify me on Amazon . And two showed up in my email a month later . Nothing goes wrong with these , usually someone gives it as a gift that that person really didn't want . Once the box is open its considered used . Came as new like it was never touched . If you don't see the wheel I can look it up in my account .. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B003GM9OF6/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?qid=1462051099&sr=8-2&pi=SX200_QL40&keywords=hobart+190+drive+roll&dpPl=1&dpID=5167xhN2ezL&ref=plSrch. . That's the link

Good choice, I was using a welder very similar the other day. Might seem off topic but compared to my old cebora transformer mig, the inverter welders spit at you. There would be a technical reason for this that I don't know but I would definitely get some spatter spray, gloves and nozzle dip. Good luck.

I've got a Hobart 185, predecessor to the 190.
On it the wheel has two groves on it, for .023 on one side, .030 on the other. You take the wheel off and flop it for the different size wire. It only takes a couple minutes. I'm surprised the Hobart 190 doesn't have the same system. I had my Hobart for maybe 10 years, I've built several race cars with it, and probably use it every week on something or another. But I really wish I had the 190, having a spoolgun with the ability to weld aluminum, would be handy. I've welded aluminum with a regular mig welder that I use to have, without a spoolgun, but it had a pretty short wire hose, only about 2 ft. long. |

Funny the one it comes with has 2 grooves and 1 looks like it would feed .023 but the wheel says .030 .035 on both sides and people report it won't feed .023 and slips , I never tried it I just bought the new wheel $17 and works flawlessly

I have a Hobart Handler (don't know the model) but it works great. I think the Hobart's are just slightly cheapened Lincoln's anyway. Joe
