1972 SST, I cant find any place a mention of what should be located on these two magnets adjacent to the seat belt anchors? Any ideas and if its a part that can be located these days? Very limited advice here in New Zealand where Jav's are pretty thin on the ground. Thanks, RJW

Those are the storage locations for the stock metal seat belt latches on short loose belts.
The seat belt latches in the car as pictured appear to be a later update from who knows what that someone did. |

Ahaa, thank you. The extensions you see are because inertia reel belts were installed but came up way too short, so a previous owner did this to gain a few inches. Recently I found a local genius who was able to re wrap longer belts into the same housing, so big tummy passenger problems are solved. thanks for the reply. .

That must get a few looks when cruising around Auckland! Do you tie a ribbon around the antenna so you remember which one is yours in the parking lot?
