I found the piece pictured below in a box of AMX parts, and can't remember what it is or which AMX it came from. The diameter is about the size of a quarter. Any idea what it is?

The back of the connector makes me think it's a radio antenna piece.  Not stock on an AMC, probably aftermarket.

That would be my guess, some kind of antenna base.  Could be CB or two way.  Judging from what's on my Machine it's not OEM AMC.

I agree, it looks like a part for the base of a CB antenna.

That's got to be it - one of my AMXs had three antennas on it when I acquired it (AM, CB, police scanner) so that's likely how this part ended up in a box of AMX parts. Thanks everyone!
