Does anyone rebuild Trunnions, to many projects and have to outsource work.

 Rareparts.com has rebuilt trunnions. I believe they use original style bushings too, not poly.

  For what it's worth, I've rebuilt about a dozen Javelin/AMX trunnions, all with Poly bushings. After seeing APD's price for an exchange unit including a new bearing, I'll just send Doug my next set! $240 a pair might seem pricey, but I wouldn't do another set for any less. The correct bearings and new bushings are nearly $100 of that. Bite the bullet, call our AMC vendor.
