Thankyou, will do some research on them.

Think the Aussie AMX in your pics is #5 still in Australia.
Not #18 that went over to USA.
A big help thanks. That's another one off the list.
Hoping to one day have a picture of each of the 24 Aussie AMX's. 5 left to complete the picture.

Found 4 photos of the red RHD Aussie AMX as I was going through stuff packing for my move from SoCal back to WI in a box labeled “AMC Car Photos”.  The car has License No. XOJ-027 and is not a USA license plate.  I didn’t take the photos, didn’t even recall that I had them or exactly how I came by them.  I suspect the photos were taken in Australia before the car was shipped to the US, since cars are parked on the left side of the road.  Photo shots of: right side view,  rear view, driver side interior/dash, and engine compartment.

Thankyou Sir, I am proud,  and right back at you.
Have watched your 70 AMX SCCA B Production car go from good in the first pic we saw to outright stunning.

TSM plus inspiration and knowledge on this forum made restoring a beaut car possible for me.
Would have been lost otherwise.

Still learning. Ollie told me time for tweaking when I got it on the road. He was right.
Straightened the transmission pan the other day and painted it silver so it's easier to see a leak if it happens again.

I think plenty of people are watching out with interest to see if it surfaces.

Installed a new twin grip centre.
Made a tool to hold the pinion.
Turned out OK, found I did not have to remove it to pull the yoke.
Got to .006 backlash as per TSM easy.

Yesterday.   Yellow car has been on the road 13 months now.
Not so much driving since Covid got to Australia.
Plenty of time to work on the Alamosa Aqua car. Got it mobile, just a few things left to sort out. Not an Australian Motor Industries assembled car but has been converted to RHD using Aussie 1970 Javelin parts.
