the mill is getting close..... 9.75 on the comp with the 50CC heads. This is the first mill i have ever had built for me. but Lasalle engine builds championship winning race mills so lets see how it turns out. thay took the time to hear what i had to say and do what i ask in regards to what a AMC likes. hoping to have it on the dyno by the end of the month.....

So it looks like you’re making progress, very cool. Can’t wait to see what it makes on a dyno!

Just me but it looks like the valley line is made out of copper line. Copper line work hardens and cracks. I would never trust a copper line inside of my engine.

Was thinking the same thing.. going into the 45deg fitting it looks pinched to make it fit the fitting. If not to late switch it out for npt/37deg fl. I’ve seen the cooper lines fail to often, the point of going into the 45 deg fitting looks to trouble down the road. Just my opinion from previous experience.

i agree it is some kind of alloy (copper/nickel) can move without busting like thay use in break lines up here in the rust belt. that being said im thinking i mite go with braided line before it gets cover up. its been on my mind as well. and its not quite a 45 elbow ... i would have put the hole in a differnt angle my self. thay build bad rump mills there but not many AMC's come thro.

I thought that the valley line idea had been deemed as unnecessary.

Could use that nickel copper line like for brake lines. Volvo uses that from the factory....
