Anyone know where to buy rubber (not polyurethane) front coil spring cushions for the 70+ cars? Everything I'm seeing from the AMC vendors and elsewhere is polyurethane. Seems like it shouldn't be too hard to find something off the shelf of the right diameter, but I'm coming up empty so far.

Yes, unfortunately they say they won't fit my Javelin and the descriptions don't give dimensions in order to find some that do. When I click on "see similar products that fit this vehicle" all I get is Prothane.
There's bound to be something that works, but I get the feeling the AMC springs must be a different diameter than most. When you look at the application charts they never show AMC cushions fitting any non-AMC vehicle. The top of our springs are tapered, so perhaps that's why. I wonder if Jeep XJ springs are the same diameter? Those cushions are readily available in rubber and use the same spring all the way from '84 (when AMC owned Jeep) through 2001.

I believe that the AMC springs are a larger diameter than the other makers

Thanks, Bob! Looks like Eaton ES6103F is the ticket if I can't find anything locally.

Well dang, didn't think of Amark! Thanks for that!! APD is polyurethane, while Kennedy describes theirs as rubber, though I would swear the last set I got from Kennedy were poly.

Just went and looked. The Eaton ones are probably Urethane. It's been a while since I installed them and I just don't remember. They do fit and ride fine though. Bob tufcj

The ones I got from Eaton last year were poly. They were a very tight fit, but did fit. I don't have the car on the road to comment on ride quality. 70 AMX.
