I am leaning towards replacing my cam, lifters and rockers (and springs) with hydraulic rollers.

There does not seem to be very many options out there other than Comp Cams.

  • Has anyone found other options here other than full custom $$$$ ?
  • Also, do I need to change the rocker arm ratio when all this is in place?

I believe that Howard's also has AMC rollers

Bullet Cams

Schneider cams had the best price on roller lifters about a year ago. Not sure about pricing currently.

Your welcome.

If you call Schneider they had the roller cam kit at a discount at that time. They might still have that deal available. The cam is a custom grind not a catalogue grind. Same with Bullet cams there will be a custom as well.

Just got off the phone with them they don't have any blanks right now, he said about a month or so.

It looks like they have the lifters though on their site.

They are a little cheaper on the cam and a lot cheaper on the lifters.

Let us know what you decide to go with if you don't mind. I have a customer that is thinking about doing a roller on a 304 in a jeep.
