Are we talking about a 1970 Rally Pac only?  I thought the 68 and 69 harness came out through the plate under the master cylinder.

Mine is a '70 so the photos reference a proper 1970 install only.

68 should come thru the plate as per the instructions.

 The heavy wire from battery to starter relay and from the starter relay to starter does not move. Remove red wire that goes to the alternator and starter relay, that red wire goes to the junction block then to gauge, from gauge ( black ) back to junction block. on junction block put fuse link to small post ( black ) then back to starter relay post ( that you removed the alternator wire ) E-mail me picture again with new wiring.

Instructions Say:
 
Remove red wire from Starter solenoid and install detached wire to the 5/16" terminal of Junction block.To the 5/16" terminal of the junction block, attach red wire of rally pack harness, and secure wires with nut and lockwasher provided.
Connect black wire lead of harness to #10 stud of junction, and to #10 also fusible link.Secure with nut and lockwasher provided.
Connect other end of fusible link wire to starter solenoid from wich ed wire was opreviously disconnected.
