Question for the group, is anyone running a pro flo 4 EFI system with a ram air hood? Have a 70 javelin w/ Ram Air and want to know if there would be any clearance issues w/ the hood. Running a 401 out of a 78 Wagoneer although that shouldn't change anything.

Guessing yes. We had to use a drop base air cleaner in a Grand Wagoneer with the Pro-Flo

I believe that the fore/aft location changes compared to factory as well. I'm putting one on a 70 AMX, but I'm months away from getting to that point.

The factory ram air air cleaner has no chance of fitting. The Edelbrock drop base air cleaner made for pro flo 4 (I believe) fits, hood closes.
