Anyone here going to this event?
You should.
I'm putting this up for all the California AMCers that aren't in one of the clubs.
This is a nice little event in a location that has nice weather.
All though I still think they should have left it in October.
The weather in October in Santa Maria is absolutely ideal.
How about any guys in the Bakersfield area? Or other parts of the Valley, come over to the coast and cool down.
This is from their website:

Fri. / Sat., May 20th-21st 7th Annual MidCoast AMC Meet Staged by PGRR in conjunction with SoCal Ramblers. We are gradually turning this event into a true Orphan Car Meet possibly with Mercurys Pontiacs, Oldsmobiles and Plymouths. Airport Radisson Hotel 3455 SkywayDr Santa Maria, CA 93455

Come on out guys.
Be nice to talk face to face with some West Coast AMC people.

I have tentative long range plans to attend. I'm doing a complete brake job on my 1974 Matador coupe and hoping to drive it to the meet. LRDaum

I attended this show last year for the first time and was surprised how fun it was. Some really cool cars and interesting people. Met some new people and saw some familiar faces.

I'm going. Jury duty this week but I doubt it will prevent me from heading out Friday. 3, 4 hour drive for me.

Don't know why Ane hasn't sent out an update, the event is definitely on!

What a fun show! After dropping the AMX/3 chassis off at the chassis builder in the High Desert, I crossed over the mountains to the coast and attended the 2022 AMC show in Santa Maria.

It was a fun show.  And I'm sorry I missed any conversations you might have had about that other car.  Hoping you got lots of thumbs-up on your Gremmie on the way home.  Really nice car.  Joe
