I'm going. Leaving Saturday morning, I got stuff to do here Friday, and it's only a few hours away.

Taking the EsmondMobile (68 American). I'll be camping in a friend's back yard.

No roadster? Bummer...woulda' liked to have seen that.
I'll be there, sans car.
Look for the tallish guy that can barely walk, with his young son.
You coulda' camped in my backyard if you wanted...it's plenty BIG...and very AMC friendly & AMC filled (all future projects though).

When ya going Frank?  I saw a couple of cars on the road, one a pretty slick yellow Pacer, and the kid wants to check some Marlins.

Cheers,
Billy

Went by today and spoke with some nice folks.
The yellow Pacer showed up just as I was leaving, it has a 360.
I didn't see any Marlins today, but I'm sure there will probably be 1 or 2 tomorrow.
Don't know when things officially "kick-off", but I'm figuring around 10ish.
C-ya there.

Steve,

You know it's always lovely weather this time of the year here.
Although I think last year it was a few weeks earlier.
Wait...didn't you used to live here???
Although I must admit, my memory isn't what it used to be.
Heck, I'm just happy that I can physically be at the show, considering all the health crap I've gone thru these last few years.

Oh! You live up there? Yes, let's run into each other. I'll be with Ane and Bruce, at Nick's house (his back yard). I'll be there noon-ish, leaving in the morning. I think they are there already!

Next weekend (17-18 oct) here in LA area is the SoCal TT, 600 miles of sports car mountain/desert road stupidness. THAT the roadster does!

October is car month in SoCal. Cooling off. I'm doing something car-ish this and next three weekends! Lots of rallies and tours.

Yes - lived there until June 2017 - live almost to the border and in the mountains in SE AZ. Similar weather here.
This show was in July ish when I still lived in SM. I can see SoCal types coming up then to escape hot weather and enjoy the balmy Central Coast. October makes sense as well.
