I have a 1970 power steering pump with the bucket reservoir and want to replace it with newer type pump assy. Can I just bolt new style on or must I replace brackets, hoses, belts? Scouring junkyards for anything AMC or Jeep is useless. Thanks

You will need the pump and brackets, possibly the high pressure side hose. Belt will depend on the pulley size. Put an ad in the "wanted" section. Someone should have a spare Bob tufcj

I've got a set of brackets. Maybe a pump too.
