Hope that's a Scout bullgear on the back of the T-18.  The Dana300 bullgear is different than the Dana20, and the Scout is unique.  I built 2 Jeeps over the years with that combo, and it's the lowest geared, shortest combo you can get.  My last Jeep had 4:88 gears in the diffs, and with that combo, low/low was 80:1, worked great with 37" tires.  Look into the Currie Dana300 twin stick unit.  It gives you a 2-low, and front wheel drive option.

There was a guy making a T-18 adapter for the Jeep Dana300 that used the Scout bullgear.  He quit making them years ago when the supply of Scout bullgears dried up.  I've come across a couple of the Scout 300s without the bullgears, but they're worthless without them.

Waiting for Wrangler front spring conversion mounts from Rocky Mountain and Chromoly front axles from Woodys. Quadratec has been horrible to deal with. I have been waiting for real axle bearing retaining rings since April 5th. They sent me everything but the bearing retaining rings and I can't assemble the rear axles without them. Also waiting on the front locker.

The Dana 44 front conversion has been a challenge. finding all the right mix of components but I think I should have it all in a week or so.

Going to start working on the Wrangler tub I got from Alabama, completely rust free

Hey Joe.  Have you found front spindles yet?   I ran across a pair of the "small Journal" spindles the other day.  These are Dana 44 spindles that fit the bearings/rotors from a Ford F-150 or full size Bronco.  Let me know if you need them.
