I had a great time visiting Kenosha. Great weather, great cars and great people all around. I can say even the workers at the local UPS were great. they were very careful with the items I purchased at the swap meet and got them to Texas for me in the same condition that I shipped them in. I should have my car finished before the next show - Hope to take it there!

I made the decision to attend at the last minute.   The $1000 fuel bill (diesel truck pulling a 20' enclosed trailer @ 12 MPG, diesel over $5/gallon) for the round trip from Colorado cut into my swap meet budget, but it was definitely worth it.  Can't wait for 2025.

I can't wait for 2023 and 2024. Great Lakes Dragaway. Kenosha AMC Homecoming Race. Surfer Joe. Chopper Bob. Then the big Kenosha event in 2025. Big smile

I just wanted to mention that I finally met OldsMob at the Homecoming Show. It was almost 10 years ago when I started watching his videos on YouTube about AMC engine related things. I swear I watched and re-watched every video about AMC he made. He came up to me and started complimenting me about my Concord. I really wished I could have got his information! Does anyone have his contact info? He was really cool. He thought my sleeper Concord was great and I really wished I could've gotten a picture with him. I knew it was him right away because of his voice! He has a real distinctive tone in his voice. Anyway... If anyone knows him... Please message me... He supposed to be local to the Milwaukee area. Thank you.
