As a member of the Kenosha community I can honestly say I hope a tragedy like Jacob Blake never happens in your community.  People from outside your community will come in and the national media will exploit the bad.  If you were to come here trust that there would be plenty of us concealed carry holders to protect you and our laws will protect you even if you kill two people in self defense.

That said this was a great week.  More AMC cars and parts than I have ever seen.  Great people.  Great weather.  I look forward to a day of racing tomorrow.

The show was incredible! The weather was perfect and we never felt unsafe even while we drove through some sketchy neighborhoods by accident and people waved at us. Didn't feel any more dangerous than any other city. I know I'm looking forward to coming back to the next one. It was fun putting faces to a number of forum members and all the positive comments and questions about my car made it all that much more enjoyable.

I had a great time, never felt unsafe. I am from Denver area, live in the suburbs of the metro area. Some would say its not safe. If you use common sence and pay attention I think most people would have a great time.

As a first-timer at the Homecoming, I want to say it was an awesome experience! We drove our Gremlin from Minneapolis and stayed at a wonderful Air BnB in Racine, just 20 minutes north of Kenosha. Enjoyed seeing so many cars around town...at cruises, the Gremlin get together, the parade, and the big show and swap meet. Fantastic!
