ok... most of ya know my S/C and the story behind it and my waiting 35 years to get her. i have tryed to sell her mostly do to not having a shop to keep her in and wanted the best for her. trying to sell something like a S/C ain't as easy as it sounds. people just can't understand thay are not a cheap car. most thunk i was nuts and wanting way to much untill thay talked to others that mite be into letting theres go and found out what thay were into theres and still in boxes. so thay talk crap about us .. yada yada yada.. moving on. we are going to finish it .... the block is at the shop getting bored and so forth so i can build it myself. all head work will be done by me. ... so far i have got the whole car rewired head to tail lights with the correct color wiring and plugs. the guts are done but i put amx buckets in it because i can't stand the stock ones. there in the basement. tracked down the correct P code and date coded engine with all the correct parts on it. gatherd up all the smog stuff even found the original hoses with clamps and very faded numbers on them. had to buy a whole engine just to get the smog but ya do what ya got to do. dumb luck got me a NOS dizzy still in the box with the rite date code cheap. was made early 70 so it will work with my 10/70 build date. thank god she had all the correct ram air stuff and shifter when i got it. she was a drag car for a long time and it shows. fuel cell and sub frame conectors and trimmed wheel wells to clear slicks. front spring mounts had to be fixed. good news was that the body was not twisted and everything still worked. doors and so forth and wind shield frame was good and square that made the glass guy happy. first week of jan she gose to the body shop to have the quarters fixed. the owner is a amc/mopar guy and i made a trade parts for labor deal. day i got her and what she looks like now. she has come along way ... but has a long way to go as well. will post pics as i go. and a special thanks go out to Ian and Joe for all there help and guidence to do her rite.

Car looks good, getting it running is a win-win, it will be more valuable and easier to sell when it is running. Or you will be able to keep it and get some enjoyment out of it. Thanks for posting, it’s fun for us to see the progress. Andy
