I have come across a NOS gas tank, but I can't seem to find the part number in my AMC Parts Books. It is Gr. 4.130 Part No. 3204714.
Any help finding out what this fits is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
John

A rather valuable tank! If anyone out there is reasonably good at sweating pipes, then you can swap out the filler gooseneck and make it a later American tank.
If they EVER decide to make repop American tanks in the future, I am sure that they will only make the base tank and everyone will have to become soldering experts and solder in their old filler goosenecks anyway! |

Thanks Ross. My parts books only go back to 1966 so that's why I couldn't find a match for that Part Number. I'll keep an eye out for more Matador stuff! John B |
