I just picked up a pair of remanufactured from calipersonline for my 70 AMX-doing the install now. They also have the elusive d18 brake pads if you'll be looking for them as well.
Mark is guy I dealt with, very helpful

That's where I finally got mine from - had my own rebuilt as I knew their condition and they were low mileage.
This has been covered several times this summer, so it should be easy to find my threads on brake calipers (something like is this a good price, or whatever) and my front end rebuild, where the brakes were discussed a bit.
