Original Owner, 1974 Javelin:
360ci,2v,727TC. Motorola Multiplex with 8-Track.
G4 Plum exterior with 421Q Black Uganda Interior. Purchased on July 16, 1974 from Hooker AMC, Sherman, TX for $4500.20

"No Winners' Circle Today"....

Very large turnout today at the Space City Cruisers Car Show in League City, Texas, with "287" total entries....

And as is usually the case, only "1" AMC to represent the Marquee....

Since the last show, the Show Organizers have re-vamped the Judging Classes, and now all '71-80 year models are combined into one Judging Group....

The 'Ol Javelin found itself up against a platoon of "39" various Cookie-Cutter entries; consisting of mainly highly modified Cameros and Mustangs....

In the end, the 'Ol Javelin did not get called to the Winners' Circle....

BUT.... It was still a great day....

Linda and our Grandson, Hudson, had so much enjoyment and satisfaction in having a full day to offer a little "AMC Education" to all the hundreds of spectators....

Many, many of the spectators showed interest in the 'Ol Javelin and in fact, many had never seen any AMC vehicle....

** Linda entertained those that stopped by, with playing a few Led Zeppelin Tunes on the old

Motorola 8-Track....
