As I explained in another post, according the 1969 AMC Data Book green interior was not available in 1969.  I did not appear until the 1970 model year.  Green upholstery would not have been available for the seats, seat belts, dash or door panels.   I don' t know about the headliner.  Mr. Daum (whose opinion I normally trust empirically) might know more about that.

Joe, I'm attaching to the forum post a picture of my 69 Javelin interior I took yesterday. You are correct in that a green interior was not available in the Javelin in either 68 or 69 . My interior is listed as parchment white. However dark green interior paint is listed as being used in both 68 & 69 on AMC cars. The a pillar and surround coverings are black faded to dark green or painted dark green to point it's almost black. There seem to be a difference in the color to me. I'll have to get a group people around the car at the next AMC and see if looks dark green to every one or just me. The dash is charcoal, the carpet is black, seats and door panels  are parchment  white. The original head  liner was a dark green vinyl and are the plastic  surrounds. The center speaker cover is silver/ platinum. It an odd combination of parts in any bodies book. But except the head liner I had replaced with black fuzz , it's all original.
