Got some time to check the brackets for fit. Rear fits good, but I have to adjust that front hole a little. I just filed it to fit for now. Needs to be moved up about 1/32". I made a mistake on the holes for the front brake brackets also. I made the caliper mount holes 0.010" bigger than the bolt and they work fine. For some reason I didn't do that for the spindle bolts! I made the holes 7/16", and the 7/16" bolts won't go in. I could force them, but don't want them press fit in the holes! So I ordered some drill bits 1/32" larger (15/32") and will run those through. Photo is upside down - that the front hole (upper right is looking at axle end). I'm going to try to move it on the CAD file, but to be safe I think I'm going to go up a bit in size too. The rear two holes are perfect! Here it is mounted on the axle. The next photo shows why it has to mount on the rear of the flange. Will need a 9/16" spacer between mount and caliper, if I measured correctly. The spacer will likely need adjusting depending on the axle, and may be different for each side -- I haven't tried the other side yet (this is passenger side).
