I broke down and tried another carb, I did get it to run and run longer with less fuel coming out the throttle shaft. Now I have other issues with the engine restarting and getting hot. I’ll create a different topic for that, thanks for the help everyone.

Youre wasting more time by avoiding just rebuilding the carb and adding more variables with another beat carburetor .

I did had that carb apart and rebuilt myself , rechecked everything. The only thing I didn’t do is re bush the throttle shaft.
