The AMC flexplates have both bolt patterns, so will fit both big and small torqueflite converters.

If it wasn't mentioned, the dip stick tube may have issues with the firewall. A 904/998 tube won't work. Bigger bell housing bulge on 727.

I used a lokar flexible transmission dipstick, ran it on top of the trans behind the intake and to the firewall just to the left of the wiper motor to keep it away from the exhaust.
