Hi, looking for someone in Colorado or AZ, New Mexico who can rebuild a M12 trans. I am torn to try it myself or find someone who has done them. Any suggestions would be great.

They are not real difficult to do. You just have to figure out how to adjust the bands properly.

The factory Technical Service Manual you will need.
Talk to Doug at American Parts Depot.
Fatsco Transmission parts should have anything else you need.
Or find some transmission shop with an older guy on staff, who has rebuilt Ford FMXs. They are just about the same.

Member 1970390AMX just did mine.   He's in the Denver area.  Message him.

Some parts are getting hard to find.  Bands had to be sent away with about a 30 day turn around.
