I'm New to this.
I have a  66 American 440.  The battery is find, fully charged.  But no power to anything, no lights nothing.
I want to check the fuses.
Where is the fuse panel?

Thanks Bob Mller

Up underneath the instrument panel, driver's side. Imagine the worst place for it to be, that's where it is.

If NOTHING is lit/working, it's likely not a fuse.

Are the battery cables shiny metal and so tight they can't wiggle? There's a ground strap between engine and chassis, probably near a motor mount. It must be there and must be solid.

OMG here's a factory service manual for a crazy low price... you really want one of these, they're crucial.
