After 16 months of waiting, fighting with Summit trying to cancel my order on multiple occasions.....

This project is creeping along slowly, but progress is being made.
Edelbrock aluminum cylinder heads and intake manifold are at Knowltons Thunderheads. Heads are getting cnc ported and larger intake calves installed, the intake is getting a little treatment as well. I have a Bulltear nickle plated timing cover, blueprinted oil pump and filter relocation kit on order. Aviaid is working on an external line oil pan as we speak.
I am hopeful that by late summer I can pull the AMX in and begin tear down!

Cylinder heads and intake manifold are finally back from Knowlton's Thunderheads.
Intake was port patched to the heads.
The cylinder head intake porting cuts into the push rod holes. Knowlton's sleeved the push rod holes.

Lastly the intake manifold!
I cannot wait to see this engine come together!
