Dennis,

Project looks great, and by the look of the previous ones this will be first class too.

If you could provide model number of the BeCool radiator it will be appreciated.

Thanks John!!

The Be Cool radiator is part number is #60025. It's listed for various Ford F series trucks.

The mounting flanges came undrilled. I am going replace the straight lower hose nipple to a curved one to get better clearance to the steering box.

Dennis,
You always do such nice work. Really beautiful, maybe it will be the nicest/best handling Gremlin in the world! Someday you should build an AMX/3 replica!

Progress has been slow, but is moving forward.

I'm using an all aluminum T10 from an older Corvette that I have had sitting around for a long time.

With the Trans. and crossmember in I was able to move on to the exhaust system.

The exhaust is a little lower than I would like, but there is not much room to route the 2 1/2" tubing over the crossmember with the shifter and floor so close. Just have to see what happens once I set the ride height.

The rear end is out of a 1970 Javelin that was totaled out at 23,000 miles so after sitting for 33 years it just needed to be disassembled and cleaned up inside and out and welded up my axle tubes and truss.
Since it has low miles and been stored inside the gears and bearings, axles, Power-Loc, and drums are still like new.
Bolted this cover on that wouldn't fit on my AMX because the gas tank is in the way. It's close to the Gremlin tank but does have the needed clearance.

Still chipping away at the list of things to do on the Gremlin.
Installed the carpet, finished and installed all the ABS plastic interior panels front to rear.

I found the ABS is very easy to bend to replace the busted up and missing pieces in the back corners.
The battery box is to the left and since there is no trunk, I bolted an old toolbox to the floor to hold some tools and misc. emergency items.

Borrowed the 16"X 8"wheels and tires from my 70 AMX to check for clearence to fenders and to use to set up ride height and front-end alignment (hopefully) soon. Just waiting on the corrected Addco sway bar prototype to arrive.

Sheet metal tunnel directs air from the grill to the radiator core.

Aluminum grill bars in license plate opening to help protect radiator.

Finally got to a point where I could install the grill assembly which is an aluminum Hornet grill.

The only thing left to do is everything Big smile
