1967-72 AMC Parts Manual offers this style & application & part no. information:
Consider, AMC's own literature, as did the SAE Paper, "Labels", "calls",
the AMC 390 engine the "AMX 390" engine regardless of in what vehicle.
Notice below List has no "Model Series Designations" so same Sticker all models.

The same 67-72 parts manual Group 4 4-L12 and 4-L12a show images of "stickers" 68-69 and 71/.... It does not show 70???
Also Group 4 L14 shows Canadian air cleaners and L14b and L14c shows 72 ram air/cowl induction.
So 70 and 71 is likely change over years and since alternates exist, it cannot be definitely determined they are wrong.
Ram Air was available in 68 from the dealers - who produced those hoods and air cleaners??? And what were the options in USA or Canada???
I see the restoration air cleaner was scooped up at a reasonable price compared to almost double for a 390 of the same vintage. Someone feels they got a Merry Christmas!

Yeah, no 1970 images are shown, they are absent.
Always interpreted the Air Cleaner thing as 2 possible suppliers, either could be on any engine.

If that's the case, then were is the emissions sticker on your 1970? Let's have a picture so there can be a photo documentation of the variations of 1970 air breathers please.

I am not looking for 100% authentic, but want something that says 360 2 Barrel but curved to fit the air cover.

I reached out to Jim Osbourne (thanks for the lead) but so far they do not have it.

Keep the ideas coming!  Appreciate the help folks.  I wouldn't think this would be that difficult to find!

Just curious, but where the build date on the  valve cover tag?
