Which lube for throwout bearing?

Im putting together a T10 with a diaphragm clutch. What type of grease should I use on the clutch fork pins?  Any grease on the front bearing surface that the TOB rides on?

Thanks. I couldn’t find what I was looking for in the TSM.

I wouldnt put any kind of grease on any of the clutch parts - dont want to contaminate the plate, disc or flywheel.  There may be a groove on the inside of the sleeve of the throw out that you can add some chassis grease or high temp lithium, but not much.

A dry lubricant like moly coat or graphite. Nothing to attract dirt or grime.

There's many opinions on what to grease or not to grease, I've heard people say exactly these opinions and also the opposite opinions while searching for the same answers, should bearing grease be used? Or what? Moly grease? Which type is best for which motion the thing in question moves? Back and forth motion, or spinning round and round? Should there be some kind of lubricant on the transmission input shaft "snout" the throw out bearing slides back and forth on? What about the splines of the transmission input shaft the friction disc slides back and forth on? What about the clutch fork pivot point? Or the parts of the fork that interlock on the throw out bearing "collar"?
Some people say it's best to leave it all dry, others say they have been assembling clutch parts since the 1960's and they always lubricated this or that alittle and they never had any problems ever.
So I geuss it's all up to the individual, but both seem to be workable choices.
