Does anyone have a picture of how the steering stops are installed on a 70 Javelin or AMX?  I have a fairly general idea, but would like to get an affirmation. TIA.

1968 AMX (2005-2011)
1969 SC/Rambler (2011-2019)

There is another set that mount on the upright as well. You need both to be installed.

The "other set" is what I most interested in.

I have a 68 or I would take a pic.  Here is the other parts book shot.  I didn't think either one is all that clear as they just show 1 of the 2 bolts.  This is the only exploded view they have for the top part and it doesnt have a model noted.

Since the same suspension is used on ALL '70 AMCs, model specificity is not needed.

Thanks, Madam's, for the exploded view. 10. 010-2 is the part I am most concerned about. That illustration shows pretty clearly how it fits. I think it'll be enough to be able to install it correctly.

So, it looks like the top bolt, as indicated in the diagram, is long enough to install the stop. But the bottom bolt isn't long enough. Oy!
