My question did not ask about removing the seal.It was specific to another change at the timing marks and what year that change was made. As the pics now show.All good it's narrowed down as to being 75 76 just before the seal lip change.

That's my point. You asked a generic question. There were multiple changes; at least 3. If you asked, "when did the timing marks change" or "when did the seal housing change".... maybe that would help get a reply. Being specific helps you when you need help.
