Scott-Thanks for the info and photos.  Very helpful.  I was concerned about the valve stem opening location. The notch in these rings vs. the holes in other rings provides more room for variances in valve stem location.  Do you recall the depth of the step (outer edge to inner edge) of these trim rings?

I,m using the "C" body mopar rings , they are much more like the real ones especially with respect to the valve stem opening . My brother " Bad Bro " is much better at posting pic,s than I . I will try to get him to post said pic,s you requested .

Take a look at the Coker Tire website. They sell trim rings. I bought some for my Rambler and they are close to Scrambler rings. Maybe you can find something that will work for you.

Those C body rings look very passable. I wonder if they;re still available from Mopar or if you van get reproductions from Tony's Mopar parts or others.
Long time AMC fan. Ambassador 343, AMX 390, Hornet 360, Spirit 304 and Javelin 390. All but javelin bought new.

If you look at the brochure from AMC, "the mix for the 70's", the Rebel Machine displayed in the ad is using these beauty rings.
