1969 rambler 233 six, okay getting ready to replace the valve seals this weekend and new valve cover gasket.  i want to adjust the valves while im in there.  were do i find the specs or the clearances.  also what size thread are the spark plugs so i can put air in to hold up the valves.

plugs should be standard 14mmX1.25 mm pitch

They're hydraulic lifters,  you don't adjust them like a SBC.
You torque the rocker arm shaft stands to spec and that's it.
66 American SW, 66 American 2dr, 82 J10, 70 Hornet, Pound, Va.

 what is the torque spec on the rockers.  this is my first one of these working on the engine inside.

It says 20-23 ft-lbs in my 66 TSM,  69 would probably be the same.
