Back in the late ’80’s I bought a ’70 Mach 1 which had a shaker hood, no shaker, a rowdy 351C, 4-speed, slats and spoilers, absolutely rust free, faded paint (blue) mint interior and those Shelby wheels you have. I paid $1500 for it, drove it a mile home. Then I finally looked at the VIN (because for $1500, it could have been a base engine). It was an R code!
Put it in Auto Trader for $4500. 1st guy that came over with his friend didn’t even start it. Just wanted to insure all wiring was good and as rust free as I advertised. I remember them looking at each other like “I can’t believe we’re getting this car!” and they gave me $4500 and drove it home. They had a 428CJ engine waiting for a new home.

I have a simular story...the year was 1988, I bought a nice base 1969 Mustang Fastback, clean, rust free, straight, and original with the 'Q' code 428 CJ, I Paid $600 bucks and drove it home. Wish I still had that car!
Absolute car nut. Too many cars to list past and current.
