I pulled what I think are the original shocks off of the 71 and I see this part number and description stamped on them,

Are these original? They actually still work but I'm not sure how long they would last on something that's driven. Do they have any value to someone doing a points type restoration?

I'm not going to try and look up the PN, but the date code in the last line is late 1970.  So I'd say original.  Definitely keep them as they have value for someone restoring a 71.  Correct date coded shocks are one of the hardest parts to find
