Did I fall asleep and have a bad dream?

2K to do my 66 Ambassador dash pad?   I'm off to the ER to have the knot on the back of my head from where I hit the floor checked out...

It sorta separates the men from the boys as far as how good you want your car to look.  Let's say $40 an hour for labor (double that for benefits including insurance) say $80 and hour x 8 hours max to mold/shape vacuum form paint and package, overhead say 20 jobs a day into $2000 a day to keep the lights on, $10 amortization on the equipment and $25 in materials.   640 + $50 + $100 + $25 = $815.  The rest is profit I guess (and because there dash restorers are few and far between).

Use Judy Fudulov in W. I. She does fantastic work for 1/2 that.

How do you get a hold of Judy Fudulov? Does she do the vacuum forming process or just upholstery work on dash pads? Does her stuff look factory correct?

I think they are talking about Julie Fudulov.  http://www.classiccarplastics.com/.  I think she does great work and an AMC person but only the hard plastic stuff.  Just dashes is the only company I found that could do the factory type vacuum forming.
