AMC 304 in a CJ7 1978   TF-999   Dana 300

Which flex plate and torque converter?  Part numbers from OReilly, Autozone, Advance Auto, Napa greatly appreciated.

Maybe a Pioneer Number for the flex plate and a Dacco or ProKing torque converter??
