360 to 5.7 hemi

What do you think about putting a 5.7 hemi into a 77 gremlin? It bolts right up to the 727 trany, and has enough room to put your finger between the shock towers and the valve covers. just got to move the steering column down three inches on the firewall.The rest is up in the air though. Do we stay with the fuel injection or go carbed? decisions, decisions!?lol. Any suggestions?

the pic doesn't show up? won't take jpeg? not sure how this works. with 340 cam and 10.5 pistons we are getting 13.1@94mph

you will need a MOPAR vice AMC 727......

Why would you go through all the trouble of installing a modern EFI engine backed by an ancient transmission? If it was a track only car I would understand, but if it's going on the street why not take advantage of an modern OD transmission.
