Where does the main power for the fuse box come from?  The battery, yes. But from the post or from a terminal off the starter solenoid? Next dumb question is: what is the box on the pass side with the tri- terminal? Thanks

Second question: where is this box located?  Could it be the A/C / heater blower motor resistor on the firewall above the blower motor?

That relay is located on pass side on the inner fender....I'm not sure if this was an air con car. Could very well be for the blower motor....but why on the fender?

3-Prong Connector to a small Metal box on the passenger inner fender is most likely the Horn relay.
Visible in upper right in this picture.  I moved the Electrics into the passenger footwell, so ignore that,
but it is a decent picture of a 1969 Horn Relay.
The Fuse Panel is about the size of a pack of cigarettes and under the dash above your left foot.
No Fuse panel anywhere else afaik.
Fuse Panel has a RED battery power feed from the Alternator / Main Wire harness, about center on top for clock, etc,
then a Yellow right of that that comes from the Starter Relay for other power.
Have ya considered getting a Factory Service manual ?
I've seen a couple other years online, but not a 1969 edition.
Places also sell just the wiring schematic.
