Explorer radiator in a 62 Classic. Note the two tubes on each side of the radiator.  These fit into "grommets"
on the Explorer.  If you pull one from a pull a part take the "grommets" Fab a lower support  for the grommets and bolt it in or weld it into the lower radiator support on the  car.
Hoses were fabricated by taking a hose that was the right diameter and cutting  and splicing it to face the correct direction. Splice was completed with a piece of brass pluming tube of the correct diameter. I ran this combo for 2+ years just back from the Hot Rod Power Tour and 3400 mile round trip
Upper and lower hoses fabricated the same way.    Total cost less than $50.

Nice hack. That grommet method looks like a good way to mount them. I've got a Ford type crossflow mounted between high-temp foam pads, five years now. Just gotta get creative with these new radiators. Man do they cool.

Can't think of many things more ubiquitous than the miserable Exploder. (Someone drove one into our house in 2012, spilled green coolant on our kitchen floor.)

Nice, I like parts swaps. In my 66 American 4.0 I used a Nissan Maxima radiator and dual electric fan setup. It has pin mounts, too.
