I can't even remember where I got this mirror, but it's apparently for the right side due to the long cable.

Any way to ID this thing from photos?

I can get more pictures if needed. The number in the mounting "stem" is not really readable but it's my understanding that those don't really ID the mirror assembly anyway.

Thanks for looking.

Bill:

I believe the casting # in the stem would help identify it.

That base is for small body car (Hornet/Gremlin/Spirit) with that wide base....by the style of the remote knob, it looks very late 70's

Maybe Concord/Spirit? Were dual remotes on the "Limited" models? The "objects in the mirror" is also a tip off to the age.

Well like I said, it's not all there and what is is barely readable.

If you believe Eddie's page on mirrors, he has shown why the base isn't always good to go by so I didn't use my electron microscope. OK, just kidding, but it isn't all there, only about the last 4 number or so are readable and they aren't in a straight line.
Maybe better eyes could read it, though..............  I suppose I could try a real close-up photo and post that.

I agree the text on the mirror says it's not a 69 AMX mirror. But where in the 70s or 80 and which cars I had no real good or solid idea, just guesses.
It needs cleaning but seems to be in really nice shape.  Wish I could remember where I got it!

Sure looks the same like the one I pulled off my 79 Limited Pacer.
