Very sad news.

The article states he was hit while driving his 69 rambler- I know he had a sc/rambler he loved dearly. Sad to lose another great amc’er.

I'm sorry to hear of Carl's death. I knew Carl and he was one of the good guys and very knowledgeable on AMC . His loss is great , as he repaired and restored many AMCs. I considered him a friend. LRDaum

I used to buy and sell some parts to and from Carl. It's very sad to hear of his passing. My condolences go out to his family and other friends...

I knew Carl, had visited his home/shop several times as I live in the same county as he did. He was a good guy, and an absolute AMC/AMX fanatic. His knowledge was vast, and his heart was big. He was always willing to share his knowledge and buy/sell parts reasonably as well. My heart goes out to his family, rest in peace brother.
