I am just about done putting the engine together. All the clearances were good and I haven't had any problems. I realized I torqued everything clean and dry. Should I have lubricated the threads in engine oil before torquing? I still have the oil pan loose as I wait for the oil pump to show up so I could still lube the bolts if that's what I'm supposed to do. I can't find a clear answer on google.

After looking at it again there is a footnote in the tsm that says they should be torqued clean and dry!
