First up, install the clutch brake pedal assembly. I would like to give a shout out to the forum for help on removing the instrument cluster. I had to take out the master cylinder and the steering column too. All in all not to difficult. Today I’m going to pull the engine and trans.

Why all the extra work for the pedals?  Is the punch out for the clutch rod hidden or inaccessible even with the transmission out?

It was an auto pedal assembly. It had two brace bares that hide up behind the instrument cluster. I couldn’t get them. With the column and cluster out I was able to swap to the clutch/ brake  pedal assembly only took a few hours.

I thought the braces were the same and you could just swap the pedal sets?
