Quick clarification, I’m only bolting the engine and trans in as a mock up. Like 10 bolts.

Well I didn’t get the engine in yesterday as I had to work an extra 6 hours. Good news is I can have more money for the car! So I’ll try again today.

Well I’ve mated the trans to the engine. I installed the clutch so I can make sure the linkage and bell crank all work correct. Good news is I’m only a few posts away from being able to share pics.

Got a lead on a correct shifter and linkage setup so that’s going to make life easy. I want to bring the exhaust through the fender well so I’m trying to figure that out before I put the engine in. Bought a set of jeep fender well headers to see it I can adapt them to my needs.

I was looking at the existing cross member for the motor and it looks like I’m going to have to drill a few ne holes for the bulltear mounts. My question is so I use the one hole that’s in the crossmember and just drill an additional one? Or do I drill two new holes on each side? Anyone have experience on this?
Thanks John
