we boxed the frame in the rear as the fuel cell is in the trunk and we modified the CF frame connectors to our liking. Car is very solid and I am running Cal trac mono leafs and bars. The springs were a couple inches too long so we had some fixing to do there.
It quickly became a running joke because there was almost nothing done on this build that didn't require modification, I am sure you can all relate

We used Aeromotive pieces for the fuel system and ran a return, I sold a kidney to cover the braided lines and fitting but it looks good

this spring we had most everything completed mechanically except for some finishing wiring to the lights. We fired the engine and did the initial break in.Not sure on how to post a video but it fired right up and sounded amazing. We got some run time on it, got up to temp a few times, oil pressure was decent, carb and timing set up and then we shut her down and pulled the engine and tranny to turn it over to the body shop

I took the hood, trunk fenders and doors in for abrasive blasting at a place that has been doing classic cars forever and took the car into Wadson's Hot Rod shop. I had some bondo around and behind the back wheel wells that I wanted fixed properly and they are the guys to do it, the builds they do are talent they have is unreal. We enlarged the wells and widened them a little.

The next step in this adventure was picking a paint shop. If money was not an issue but perfection was I would have left it where it was at. Picking a shop was easily the most stressful part of this process and I settled on a shop recommended by a friend.
