Very interesting. The base on my retractable is flanged at the bottom also. But the angle is less than yours. I think I need a base with numbers like your #1 or #3. My bases are closer to your #2. This base does not have enough angle on it to work on an AMX.  Edited by BU1 - May/23/2023 at 7:57am |

I installed the antenna on my 68. It came from Galvin's and he sent 3 different bases with it. I just used the stock 68 antenna base.
