There's a ebay seller a9094mary that now offers 67/68 and 69/70 AMC Motorola voltage regulator replacement tags below are the ebay links. For some reason? the lower link isn't active just highlight it and select go to the link.

These are very high quality reproductions done in the USA.  The gentleman doing this is very exacting and does them as close to NOS as possible.

I did notice that and bought one, just paint the inside corners satin black before applying the plate.

Good point - this photo taken from Amark’s website also shows rounded corners on their reproduction tag (currently out of stock).

 You are correct. The radius on the originals is small enough to "appear" square when installed. I should have been more accurate in my description.
