Yeah. The fenders (front and rear) had to be completely removed to access the rusted out area's. I'm working on the back half now, still trying to get all the undercoating removed and cleaned to bare metal. Once I get to that part, I can cut out the bad and weld in new.

Just got my sheet metal broken for the replacement channel under the floor. It took an afternoon to punch them out and dimple died. All four of these channels were completely gone.
